Cleaning Leather

Recently, while waiting to board a flight, I was jostled by another passenger and had coffee spill on the front and one sleeve of my leather jacket. By the time the flight was over and I was home, I had forgotten about it and hung my jacket in the closet. When I pulled it out a few days later, there were mocha colored spots on the front & sleeve. I got my spray bottle of Wood Master Oil Soap and gave the jacket a light spraying, then wiped it off with a clean cotton rag. Presto! Nice & clean. Even though Wood Master Oil Soap is advertized for floors, cabinets, etc, it does a great job on finished leather products. (Not for use on suede or unfinished leather). Try some today!

A Use For Fulsol

I wanted to tell you about a recent use I had for Fulsol Concentrate. The church was having a pot lick dinner and I was tabbed to prepare a meatloaf. So I mexed up my secret recipe, and formed the meatloaf on a broiler pan (to allow the grease to drain away) to cook in the oven (not broil). While it was cooking, I decided to fix dinner on the outdoor grill. Dinner was salad, boneless chicken breasts, and some tater tots. I usually cook boneless chicken breast in foil then let them cook the last few minutes on the grill to add the grill marks. Since I was wanting tater tots with them, I cooked the breasts and tots on a baking sheet placed on the grill, moving the breasts to the grill for the last few minutes.

Fast forward to later that evening. I have a nice full tummy, a smoke in one hand, a soda in the other and a smile on my face. Until I thought about those pans. I placed the pans in the sink, ran warm water until they were covered and added about 4 oz of Fulsol. I then let them soak for about 30 mins. At that point I took one of Fuller's "Stainless Steel Sponges" and began working on the broiler pan. The grease and cooking residue from the meatloaf came right off with a minimum of effort. So far so good. Then I went to the baking sheet, which had areas of marinade burnt on. I should mention now that this is a very old steel baking sheet, long stained and given up on for anything but outdoor cooking. As I started scrubbing it, I was surprised. Not only did it take off the marinade where it had burnt onto the sheet, it was taking off older discolorations that I thought were burnt into the metal. It did not take a lot of effort to have clean steel showing again. I wish I had thought of using Fulsol on this old outdoor beaking sheet before!

Fulsol, Stainless Steel Sponges, the Stainless Steel Sponge Holder are among the items currently on sale on my Fuller Brush Factory Direct Fantastic Offers Page. Don't forget about Fuller's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
